Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Enter your confirmation number in the box at the Order Status page and click GO. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. In addition, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Your order will not be complete or sent until you confirm it. Shipping is figured based on the total order value & is configured for United States & Canada only at this time. Those interested in purchasing from an international location should e-mail us to work out a specific shipping agreement. We use USPS and UPS on our shipments.
The estimated shipping charges are as follows for the Continental U.S.:

Please note some of the bulkier or heavier items do not qualify for free shipping or require an additional shipping fee. A minimal shipping fee will be added to these items. If an item requires additional shipping, the additional amount will usually be stated in the product description area. We typically use USPS, however heavier items will be shipped via UPS.
Alaska and Hawaii will be figured differently due to the expense of shipping. If you would like a shipping estimate, please enter your zip code when you view the shopping cart. Your shipping amount will be shown there.
Q: I am an International Customer. How do I find out the cost of shipping to me?
A: We are happy to ship our products worldwide. However, our system is not configured to accurately figure shipping charges for all International scenarios. If you would like to make a purchase and are outside of the United States, your order will require the “human touch”. Please e-mail us at email@example.com for a shipping quote on the items you are interested in purchasing. We will typically get back with you within 24 hours – Often within an hour or two during business hours. You may also use our LIVE CHAT link on the Home page if we are online at that time. Once we settle on a shipping fee, you will purchase and pay for your items online and then a second invoice request will be sent to you for any additional shipping fees before the order is shipped.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: The products we have listed are in our possession. This site IS NOT a third party drop ship site as so many these days are! We will ship your order normally within 1-2 business days. All items listed are IN STOCK unless noted otherwise in the description and the quantities are listed. The inventory is real time, so if a product is all gone, it will disappear from the catalog until we get another shipment. We do our very best to keep our inventory accurate to avoid back orders or cancelled items.On the rare occasion we have made an error, we would e-mail you right away & give you the option of having the item shipped when we get one or cancelling the item.
Q: I am coming to a crop you are hosting or an upcoming Class. I would like to order in advance and have my order delivered to me there. How do I avoid shipping costs?
A: When you get to the last page before check out, click on the little arrow next to the shipping charge. There is an option to click class/workshop pick up and the shipping charge is $0.00. In order for your order to be filled, you must still select a payment option and complete the order online.
Q: How can I get ahold of a “live person”?
A: First, check the home page to see if a customer service representative is available for LIVE CHAT. If it states Online, click the link and we will be with you very shortly.
